* Please note that registration for National Convention 2011 cannot be included as an item in a BeSlim® Club order.

Credit Card – Use your credit card to pay for your registration in full.
Cancellation Policy
The last date to cancel a registration without the cancellation fee is May 31, 2011. From June 1, 2011 and on, a cancellation fee will be issued:
Fees:
- An individual Health Coach or Client canceling after May 31 = $50.00 fee
- Two Health Coaches or Clients (sharing the same ID) canceling after May 31 = $100.00 fee
(Due to the amount of advanced planning required for National Convention, the cancellation fee covers our cost for materials, meals, production, and administration that is lost.)
