PAYMENT OPTIONS

  1. Credit Card Option – You may choose to use your credit card to pay for your registration in full.
  1. Earnings Option – You may choose to have your registration deducted from your commission earnings by paying a lump sum. This is a lump-sum payment that will be deducted from your earnings until the balance is paid in full. You may see a temporary hiatus of your weekly commissions or monthly bonus checks until the balance is paid.*

If you would like to use the “Earnings Option” to register for National Convention 2009, please call Field Support at 1-877-270-5708.

*A $50.00 processing fee will be charged for payments made under the “Earnings Option.”

National Convention 2009 – Registration Cancellation Policy

The last date to cancel a registration without the cancellation fee is May 31, 2009.
 
From June 1, 2009 and on, a cancellation fee will be issued:
 
Fees:

  • An individual Health Coach or Client canceling after May 31 = $50.00 fee
  • Two Health Coaches or Clients (sharing the same ID) canceling after May 31 = $100.00 fee

    Health Coaches can resell their registration to another Health Coach, but this transaction must be handled by those Health Coaches. Upon completion of the transaction, the Home Office Events Coordinator should be notified via email at nationalconvention@tsfl.com  to ensure proper registration.
